Overview
ACCE thesis
SkyWest operates regional flights under capacity purchase agreements for major US airlines, flying as United, Delta, American and Alaska branded service. Because partners pay a contracted rate, it carries less fuel and demand risk than a mainline carrier. Pilot supply and fleet utilisation drive earnings. Revenue grew 6.5% with a 14.1% operating margin and 15.3% ROE, at about 9.5x forward earnings.
