Terms for professional clients

Version 2026-10-v2. Last updated October 17, 2026.

Terms for professional clients (advisor plans), version 2026-10-v2.

1. Parties and purpose

These terms govern the advisor plan of ACCE Investments (acceinvestments.com), the business of Adrien Chantreuil, sole trader, contact [email protected] ("ACCE"), and the firm that subscribes to it, identified by the company name, tax or VAT number and country it declares when accepting them ("the subscriber"). The plan gives access to stock valuation reports that the subscriber may distribute to its own clients under its brand.

2. Professional client

The subscriber declares that it contracts in the course of its business or profession and that the firm details it provides are accurate. It does not act as a consumer, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Nature of the content

The reports are analyses produced by ACCE from valuation models and the author's opinion, using public sources and data providers. They are not personalised investment advice and do not take any particular client's situation into account. ACCE is not an authorised investment firm. The subscriber alone is responsible for any advice or recommendation it gives its clients and for its own regulatory obligations, including suitability assessments.

4. Distribution under the subscriber's brand

The subscriber may hand the reports to its clients with its name, its logo and the "Distributed by" line, under its own responsibility. It may not alter the content of the analysis, nor remove, hide or change the identification of ACCE as producer, the dates and times, the methodology, the horizon, the recommendation history, the conflicts of interest statement or the legal notices. It may not present the reports as its own research, resell them to third parties or publish them on open websites or social media without ACCE's written consent.

5. Report log

ACCE keeps a record of every report generated (date, security, analysis version and firm details) so that it can show what content was distributed. The subscriber accepts this record.

6. Price, taxes and payment

The price is the one published on the advisor page at the time of subscribing, excluding VAT. VAT is added according to the billing address, or the reverse charge applies when the subscriber has a valid EU VAT number. Payment is monthly in advance through Stripe. The pilot discount applies for the months stated, after which the list price applies automatically. The subscriber may cancel at any time from its billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund for partial periods.

7. Data and availability

ACCE provides the service with reasonable care but does not warrant that third-party data is free of errors or that the service is uninterrupted. ACCE corrects errors it detects or that are reported to it.

8. Liability

ACCE is not liable for the investment decisions of the subscriber or its clients, or for losses arising from them. ACCE's total liability to the subscriber is limited to the amounts the subscriber paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. This limit does not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

ACCE keeps all rights in the reports, models and texts. For the duration of the subscription the subscriber receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to distribute them under clause 4. The subscriber keeps the rights in its brand and logo and authorises ACCE to use them only to generate its reports.

10. Personal data

ACCE processes the data of the subscriber's users under its privacy policy. The service does not require data about the subscriber's clients, and the subscriber must not enter any.

11. Term and termination

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. ACCE may suspend or end it if the subscriber breaches clause 4 or does not pay. On termination the licence to generate and distribute new reports ends; reports already delivered to clients may stay with them.

12. Changes

ACCE may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. The new version must be accepted before the plan can be used further; if the subscriber does not accept it, it may cancel without penalty.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit any dispute to the courts of Madrid.
