ZKH Group is a China-based B2B platform that sells industrial MRO consumables (fasteners, tools, safety gear and similar) to manufacturers through an online marketplace and a network of self-operated warehouses. The structural argument is that fragmented Chinese industrial procurement, where small buyers still rely on phone orders and local distributors, is slowly moving online, and ZKH has built the logistics and SKU depth to capture that shift. The stock screens poorly on the numbers we have: revenue is growing 12.8%, but gross margin of 16.6% and an operating margin of 0.2% leave almost no room for error, and ROE is slightly negative. Against that, a trailing P/E of 37.8 is hard to justify on near-zero operating profit, and the company carries no index membership, so there is no passive bid to lean on. The 30/100 score reflects that profitability has not yet caught up with the top line. This is worth a deeper look only if the work shows operating leverage arriving in the next few reporting periods, which would need to appear as operating margin expanding well beyond its current 0.2%.
