Overview
ACCE thesis
Ondas Inc. makes private wireless networking gear, including its Ondas Networks radio platform for railways, utilities and industrial sites, plus drone and counter-drone systems through its Ondas Autonomous Systems and Airobotics units. Revenue growth of 1235.4% is the headline, but it reflects a small base being rebuilt through acquisitions, so the organic picture matters more than the optics. The 43.7% gross margin is respectable for hardware, yet the -166.3% operating margin shows the cost base is still far ahead of what the sales can carry. At a forward P/E of 45.0 against a 3.5B market cap, the market is pricing in a long runway of execution, and a 44/100 score says the current evidence doesn't yet justify that. Worth a deeper look only if you want to test whether operating leverage actually arrives as the acquired businesses are integrated.
