RDDT, TGT, GXO, EVLV: Open Picks Scorecard June 2026

Six months into 2026, the ACCE open pick list spans nine names across healthcare, industrials, consumer, logistics, and communications. Some are working. One is not. Here is a frank look at where each thesis stands as of June 1, 2026, using current prices and the data available today.

Reddit (RDDT): The Thesis Holds, The Discount Widened

Reddit (RDDT) was flagged as a 30%-plus quality social-platform grower with 90% gross margins that had sold off on competitive-fear headlines. The numbers back that up. As of May 29, RDDT trades at $175.30 against a consensus analyst target of $224.92, a gap of roughly 28%. The trailing P/E sits at 50.3x, but the forward multiple compresses to 19.9x, which reflects the earnings acceleration already underway. Year-over-year earnings grew 675.0% and revenue grew 69.1%.

The original concern was a 30% year-to-date drawdown driven by competitive noise rather than fundamental deterioration. That concern has not resolved, but the underlying business has not deteriorated either. A 28% gap to consensus target on a platform growing revenue at 69% annually is a setup that requires patience, not a rethink.

Target (TGT): Turnaround Signal Confirmed, Valuation Still Reasonable

Target (TGT) was picked on the back of its first post-earnings guidance raise in two years under CEO Brian Cornell's successor, Michael Fiddelke. The stock sits at $126.30 with a forward P/E of 14.3x and a dividend yield of 3.6%. The analyst consensus target is $131.45, which is modest upside from here, but the pick was never purely a price-target trade.

The thesis was that the market was pricing in continued deterioration when the guidance raise signaled the opposite. Year-over-year revenue grew 6.7%. Earnings declined 24.7% year-over-year, which reflects the margin pressure the turnaround is working through, but the forward multiple at 14.3x prices in a recovery, not a collapse. At a 3.6% yield and a consumer-defensive balance sheet, TGT is doing what it was supposed to do: stabilize.

GXO Logistics (GXO): The Earnings Beat Is Not Moving the Stock

GXO Logistics (GXO) was picked as a contract logistics leader trading 24% below its 52-week high despite a 35% Q1 EPS beat and raised guidance. The stock is at $50.39 today against an analyst target of $70.67, a 40% gap. Revenue grew 10.8% year-over-year.

The trailing P/E of 44.7x looks stretched, but the forward P/E of 14.3x tells a very different story. The gap between those two multiples reflects a business that is burning through a period of elevated costs while the forward earnings picture improves materially. The market has not yet rewarded the beat-and-raise. That is frustrating in the short term, but the 40% gap to analyst consensus is not a number that typically persists when the underlying earnings trajectory is improving.

Evolv Technologies (EVLV): High Growth, Elevated Risk

Evolv Technologies (EVLV) is the most speculative name on the list. The AI weapons-screening operator was picked at $6.24 on a restatement-trust discount. It now trades at $6.47, a modest move higher. Revenue grew 44.7% year-over-year. The analyst target is $10.13, implying roughly 57% upside from current levels.

The forward P/E is negative at -215.0x, which means the company is not yet profitable on a forward basis. The restatement overhang was the original discount driver, and that discount has not fully closed. EVLV is a thesis that requires the trust deficit to narrow as the company continues executing on revenue growth. 44.7% growth is a meaningful data point in that direction. The stock is not broken, but it is not resolved either.

Flowserve (FLS): Activist Engagement, Margin Story Intact

Flowserve (FLS) is a new addition, picked on the combination of activist engagement and a margin-expansion story that has already added 860 basis points of adjusted operating margin since 2022, with a target of 20% by 2027. The stock trades at $75.97 against an analyst target of $90.00. Forward P/E is 16.4x.

Year-over-year revenue declined 6.7%, which is the headline risk here. The bull case is that margin expansion continues even as revenue normalizes, and that the activist presence accelerates capital allocation discipline. The 18% gap to analyst target reflects a market that is not yet pricing in the full margin trajectory. That gap closes if the 20% operating margin target comes into view.

IQVIA (IQV): Deep Value in Healthcare Data

IQVIA Holdings (IQV) was picked as the largest pure-play CRO and healthcare-data business in the world at roughly 14x forward earnings, a significant discount to the medical-research peer median. The stock sits at $183.39 with a forward P/E of 12.8x and an analyst target of $228.60, a 24.7% gap. Revenue grew 8.4% year-over-year and earnings grew 15.0%.

The trailing P/E of 22.6x versus the forward P/E of 12.8x signals meaningful earnings growth expected over the next twelve months. For a business of IQV's scale and data moat, a sub-13x forward multiple is a discount that requires a specific negative catalyst to justify. None has materialized.

SRPT: The One That Did Not Work

Sarepta Therapeutics (SRPT) is the only closed loss on the list, down 11.9% from entry. The stock now trades at $17.92 with a market cap of $1.89B. The analyst target of $22.00 still implies upside of roughly 23%, and the forward P/E of 6.6x is extraordinarily low for a gene therapy platform. Year-over-year revenue declined 1.9%.

The original thesis was built around an FDA catalyst. That catalyst did not deliver the expected outcome. The forward multiple at 6.6x suggests the market is pricing in continued commercial disappointment, not a recovery. The analyst community has not abandoned the name, but the near-term momentum is negative.

The Broader Picture

Across the open picks, the common thread is a gap between current prices and analyst consensus targets that ranges from modest (TGT at roughly 4%) to substantial (GXO at 40%, RDDT at 28%, IQV at 25%). In most cases, the fundamental data, revenue growth, earnings trajectory, and margin expansion, supports the original thesis. The market has been slow to close those gaps.

The one exception, SRPT, is a reminder that catalyst-dependent healthcare picks carry binary risk that diversified compounders do not. The other eight names on the open list are businesses with identifiable earnings drivers and specific catalysts that have not yet been fully priced in.

The next meaningful data points arrive with Q2 earnings season in July, when GXO, RDDT, and IQV will all have the opportunity to either confirm or challenge the forward estimates the market is currently discounting.
